Policies
Cancellations, in plain English.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if your plans change, so we can offer that time to another patient.
Late cancellations, reschedules inside 48 hours, and missed appointments are subject to a $75 fee charged to the card on file. We know life happens. Tell us as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
