Policies
Cancellations, in plain English.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If your plans change, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a $75 fee charged to the card on file. We confirm every appointment in advance, and we know life happens. If something comes up, tell us as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
