Liz Gilroy, ARNP
Liz is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Before aesthetics she worked in cardiac care, the emergency department and internal medicine, and she spent years as adjunct faculty in Gonzaga University’s Nurse Practitioner program.
That background shapes how she practices: assess carefully, explain honestly, treat conservatively.
Liz grew up in Spokane and opened Proof here on purpose. Away from the clinic you’ll find her cooking healthy meals, focused on fitness, traveling with her family, and relaxing by the pool.

Diana Limonov
Diana leads the facial and skin-renewal menu at Proof: HydraFacial, the Proof Signature Facial, chemical peels and microneedling.
Her path here started with a genuine fascination with skin. Diana trained at Bella Rosa Skin Academy in Spokane, and she brings more than fifteen years of patient care behind her, including years supporting the aesthetic side of a skin practice through treatment preparation, patient education and post-care guidance.
That experience shaped how she works: careful skin analysis first, then a plan built for the skin in front of her, never a script. She is happiest solving stubborn problems, especially advanced acne and texture, and she will tell you honestly how many sessions something will actually take.
Patients tend to notice the same things about Diana: she explains what she is doing and why, she is meticulous about the details, and she genuinely likes teaching people how to care for their skin between visits.
