Treatments

Injectables, Skin Renewal & Facials consult, treat, follow up

Every treatment here starts with a conversation and ends with a plan for what comes next.

Injectables

Soften, Smooth, Restore with a gentle hand

Administered by Liz Gilroy, ARNP. Our injectable philosophy is conservative on purpose: you should look like yourself. Sometimes the honest answer is “you don’t need that yet.”

Good Questions

Questions, answered.

You don’t have to. That’s what your consultation is for. We’ll look at your skin together, talk about your goals, and map out options at whatever pace you’re comfortable with.

It varies by treatment. HydraFacial and dermaplaning have essentially none; injectables may have brief redness or pinpoint bruising; microneedling and deeper peels involve a few days of visible recovery. We’ll always tell you exactly what to expect before you book.

All injectables are performed by Liz Gilroy, ARNP, our founder and medical director. Aesthetician services are performed by Diana Limonov, our licensed Master Aesthetician. You’ll always know exactly who is caring for you.

For most people, about three to four months. How long yours lasts depends on your metabolism, the area treated, and how expressive those muscles are. Your provider will help you find a rhythm that keeps results steady rather than letting them wear all the way off.

Neurotoxins like Botox and Dysport start working within a few days and reach their full effect around two weeks. Filler gives you volume immediately, though it takes about two weeks to soften and settle. Sculptra is the patient one: it builds collagen gradually over several months.

Less than most people expect. Neurotoxin injections feel like quick pinches and are over in minutes. For filler we use numbing, and most of the products themselves contain lidocaine. Tell us if you are nervous. We would much rather slow down than rush you.

Generally somewhere between six months and two years, depending on the product and where it is placed. Lips move constantly and tend to metabolize faster, while cheeks and jawline usually hold longer.

Usually a series of three to six, spaced about four to six weeks apart, because collagen rebuilds slowly. You will see something after one session, but the real change comes from the series. We will give you an honest number at your consultation rather than a hopeful one.

Skipping alcohol for a day or two beforehand helps reduce bruising. Some supplements and medications thin the blood, so bring your full list and we will go through it together. Never stop a prescribed medication without talking to the provider who prescribed it.

Not unless you want to. Our whole approach is conservative dosing and building gradually, because it is easy to add more and much harder to undo too much. If you ask for something we think will look overdone, we will say so.
